From the moment you inquire to the final detail of your celebration, our goal is to make the planning process simple, transparent, and enjoyable. Below you'll find everything you need to know about booking, planning, and preparing for your unforgettable experience with Proposals D'Amour & Picnics.

Before You Book

We believe planning your special moment should be exciting, seamless, and stress-free.

To ensure every experience is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed, we've outlined a few important booking policies below. Our goal is to provide complete transparency so you know exactly what to expect when working with Proposals D'Amour & Picnics.

Reservations

Your event date is officially reserved once your booking has been confirmed and the required reservation payment has been received. All reservation payments are non-refundable and are applied toward your remaining balance.

The remaining balance must be paid a week before your scheduled event. Specific payment details will be outlined during the booking process.

Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to make adjustments to your booking, please contact us 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability and the nature of the changes.

Requests made shortly before the event may not always be possible due to scheduling and preparation already in progress.

Outdoor Events & Weather

For outdoor experiences, your safety and enjoyment are always our priority.

If weather conditions are expected to impact your event, we'll work with you to explore available options, including rescheduling or relocating when possible.

Once an event has been fully set up and the client has chosen to proceed, weather-related refunds or credits cannot be provided.

Event Care

Our décor, furniture, and styling pieces are carefully selected to create a beautiful experience for every client.

We kindly ask that all rental items be treated with care. Clients may be responsible for the repair or replacement of items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear.

Photography

We love sharing the beautiful moments we create.

From time to time, we may photograph or film our setups for our website and social media. If you prefer that your event remain private, simply let us know before your event, and we'll be happy to honor your request.
